- Will Cover; Basic Data Recovery, Hardware Installs, On-sites, OS repairs, Maintenance, Troubleshooting, Remote Support, Server Support, Software Support, Virus Removals & Website Services.
- (Includes 3rd party application support. Biotrack, Quickbooks, Drake, Etc.)
- This SLA does not include Hardware Component costs. Technicians will also show up in person onsite once monthly.
