These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Daedalus Social, including its website, software platform, social media management tools, scheduling tools, artificial intelligence features, integrations, APIs, webhooks, Model Context Protocol (“MCP”) features, managed services, and related services provided by Daedalus Teks LLC (“Daedalus Teks,” “Daedalus Social,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a plan, using Daedalus Social, or allowing an authorized user to access the platform, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use Daedalus Social.
1. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Daedalus Social.
If you use Daedalus Social on behalf of a business, organization, agency, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
You are responsible for:
Maintaining accurate account information
Protecting usernames, passwords, API keys, tokens, and other credentials
Maintaining control over authorized users
Ensuring users comply with these Terms
All activity performed through your account
Immediately notifying Daedalus Teks of suspected unauthorized access
You may not share credentials in a manner that exceeds the user limits included in your subscription.
2. Daedalus Social Services
Daedalus Social may provide access to features including:
Social media account management
Post creation
Post scheduling
Content calendars
Media management
Analytics and reporting
Artificial intelligence-assisted content generation
Team and workspace collaboration
Social engagement tools
API access
Webhook access
MCP connectivity
AI-agent integrations
Automation workflows
Managed social media services
Managed growth and strategy services
Other features introduced from time to time
Available features vary by plan.
We may add, modify, replace, improve, limit, or discontinue individual features as the platform evolves.
3. Subscription Plans
Daedalus Social offers multiple subscription levels.
Plan pricing, account limits, storage, AI credits, post limits, brands, users, integrations, and feature availability are determined by the selected subscription.
Current plans may include:

Basic
Professional
Business
Automation
Agent Flex
Managed Social
Managed Growth
Enterprise
Plan names, pricing, limits, and features may change over time.
Changes to pricing will not retroactively affect amounts already paid for an existing billing period.
4. Free Trials
Eligible plans may include a limited free trial.
Unless otherwise stated, the standard Daedalus Social trial period is 7 days.
Trial availability may be limited to one trial per customer, business, payment method, organization, or account.
Daedalus Teks may refuse, shorten, suspend, or terminate trial access if we reasonably believe the trial is being abused.
Trial features may differ from paid-plan features.
5. Billing and Payment
Subscription fees are billed in advance according to the billing cycle selected.
Billing may be monthly, annual, or otherwise agreed in writing.
You authorize Daedalus Teks and its payment processors to charge the payment method associated with your account for:
Subscription fees
Usage-based charges
Additional services
Approved upgrades
Applicable taxes
Other authorized amounts
You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method.
Failure to pay may result in:
Account restriction
Feature limitation
Suspension
Removal of publishing capabilities
Service interruption
Termination of the account
Daedalus Teks is not responsible for losses caused by service suspension resulting from nonpayment.
6. Renewals
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period.
You are responsible for canceling before the next renewal date if you do not wish to renew.
Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically create a refund for an existing billing period.
7. Refunds
Except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing, subscription fees are non-refundable once charged.
No refunds are guaranteed for:
Partial billing periods
Unused scheduled posts
Unused AI credits
Unused storage
Unused team-member capacity
Failure to connect third-party social accounts
Third-party platform outages
Changes made by social media platforms
Account suspension resulting from a violation of these Terms
Daedalus Teks may issue credits or refunds at its discretion.
8. Annual Plans
Annual plans are billed in advance for the applicable annual term.
Annual plans may include discounted pricing compared with monthly billing.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, annual subscriptions are non-refundable after purchase.
9. Artificial Intelligence Features
Certain plans include artificial intelligence features.
AI-enabled features may be provided through Daedalus Teks, third-party AI providers, open-source models, locally hosted models, external agent systems, or a combination of technologies.
AI-generated content may contain:
Errors
Inaccuracies
Incomplete information
Outdated information
Inappropriate suggestions
Trademark conflicts
Copyright concerns
Factual mistakes
You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated content before publication.
Daedalus Teks does not guarantee that AI-generated output will be accurate, lawful, unique, non-infringing, brand-safe, or suitable for a specific purpose.
10. AI Credits and Usage
Certain plans include AI credits.
Unless otherwise stated, Daedalus Social may calculate AI usage on a per-token basis.
AI credit usage may vary depending on:
Model selected
Prompt length
Output length
Provider pricing
Context size
Automation complexity
Agent activity
Unused AI credits may expire at the end of the applicable billing period unless otherwise stated.
AI limits may be adjusted as provider costs or platform requirements change.
11. Third-Party Artificial Intelligence Providers
Daedalus Social may connect to third-party AI providers.
Third-party AI services may have their own:
Terms of service
Privacy policies
Usage restrictions
Rate limits
Content policies
Availability requirements
Daedalus Teks is not responsible for third-party AI outages, model changes, pricing changes, discontinued models, provider restrictions, or provider-generated content.
12. Third-Party Social Media Platforms
Daedalus Social integrates with third-party platforms that may include services operated by companies such as Meta, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, TikTok, X, Pinterest, and other supported platforms.
Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms, policies, APIs, account rules, rate limits, and restrictions.
Daedalus Teks does not control third-party social platforms.
We are not responsible for:
API outages
Revoked tokens
Platform downtime
Changed permissions
Publishing failures caused by third parties
Account restrictions
Shadow bans
Account suspension
Platform algorithm changes
Feature removal
API changes
Social platform policy enforcement
13. Social Account Authorization
You may connect only social media accounts that you own, control, manage, or have been authorized to access.
You represent that you have proper authority to authorize Daedalus Social to access, manage, schedule, publish, analyze, or otherwise interact with connected accounts.
You may not connect accounts obtained through unauthorized access.
14. User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload, create, or submit to Daedalus Social, subject to any rights belonging to third parties.
You grant Daedalus Teks a limited license to process, store, transmit, format, reproduce, and distribute your content solely as necessary to provide the service.
This license ends when the content is deleted from the platform, subject to backups, legal obligations, and technical retention periods.
15. Responsibility for Published Content
You are solely responsible for content published through your account.
You are responsible for ensuring content complies with:
Applicable law
Copyright law
Trademark law
Advertising law
Platform policies
Privacy requirements
Industry regulations
Disclosure requirements
Licensing requirements
Daedalus Teks does not assume responsibility for content submitted or approved by customers.
16. Scheduled Content
Scheduled content may fail to publish due to circumstances outside our control.
Examples include:
Social platform outages
Expired access tokens
API failures
Platform restrictions
Deleted media
Account permissions
Internet failures
Account suspension
Unsupported content formats
Changed third-party requirements
Daedalus Teks does not guarantee that every scheduled post will publish successfully.
Customers should monitor important, regulated, time-sensitive, or mission-critical posts.
17. Content Approval
For self-service plans, you are responsible for reviewing and approving content.
For managed plans, Daedalus Teks may provide content creation, scheduling, strategy, or publishing assistance according to the applicable service scope.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the customer remains responsible for final approval of:
Claims
Pricing
Promotions
Legal disclosures
Industry compliance
Product information
Brand messaging
Regulated statements
18. Managed Social Services
Managed Social plans may include services such as:
Content creation
Posting
Scheduling
Content-calendar management
Social media workflow assistance
Specific deliverables may vary by agreement, plan, account limits, campaign needs, and available customer materials.
Managed Social does not automatically include every digital marketing service offered by Daedalus Teks.
19. Managed Growth Services
Managed Growth may include additional services such as:
Content strategy
Analytics review
Optimization
Growth recommendations
Performance review
Campaign planning
Higher-touch social media management
Results are not guaranteed.
Marketing performance depends on many factors outside Daedalus Teks’ control.
20. Separate Services Not Included Automatically
Unless explicitly included in a written proposal, service agreement, or subscription description, Daedalus Social subscriptions do not automatically include:
SEO services
Google Ads management
Microsoft Ads management
Paid social advertising
Website development
Landing-page development
Website maintenance
Hosting
Managed IT
Cybersecurity services
Microsoft 365 administration
Google Workspace administration
Access control
Networking
Business technology support
Custom software development
These services may be purchased separately.
21. API Access
Certain plans may include API access.
API usage is subject to:
Rate limits
Authentication requirements
Fair-use limitations
Plan limits
Security restrictions
Platform availability
You may not use the API to bypass subscription limits.
22. MCP Access
Certain plans may include Model Context Protocol or similar AI-agent connectivity.
MCP integrations may permit external AI agents or automation systems to interact with Daedalus Social.
You are responsible for:
Agent configuration
Credentials
Permissions
Automation behavior
Prompt design
External agent security
External provider costs
Actions performed by authorized agents
Daedalus Teks is not responsible for unintended actions caused by customer-controlled external agents.
23. Webhooks
Certain plans may include webhook functionality.
You are responsible for securing webhook endpoints and validating received requests.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted webhook delivery.
Customers should design integrations to handle retries, duplicate events, delayed events, and unavailable endpoints.
24. Automation Risks
Automation may execute actions more quickly than manual workflows.
You are responsible for reviewing automations before activation.
Daedalus Teks is not liable for customer-configured workflows that:
Publish unintended content
Trigger excessive posts
Send incorrect data
Create duplicate actions
Cause third-party account restrictions
Exceed usage limits
Produce unintended business outcomes
25. Acceptable Use
You may not use Daedalus Social to:
Violate applicable law
Commit fraud
Impersonate others
Harass or threaten individuals
Distribute malware
Conduct phishing
Steal credentials
Circumvent access controls
Violate third-party platform rules
Publish unlawful content
Send unauthorized spam
Interfere with the platform
Reverse engineer protected portions of the service
Abuse APIs
Circumvent account limits
Resell unauthorized access
Conduct malicious automation
Attempt unauthorized access to other customer data
We may suspend accounts that violate these requirements.
26. Intellectual Property
Daedalus Social, its software, design, source code, branding, logos, documentation, platform architecture, and proprietary technology remain the property of Daedalus Teks or its licensors.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of Daedalus Teks intellectual property.
You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service during an active subscription.
27. Feedback
If you provide feedback, ideas, feature requests, or suggestions, you grant Daedalus Teks the right to use them without obligation or compensation.
28. Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
The platform may be unavailable due to:
Maintenance
Updates
Security events
Third-party outages
Hosting issues
Internet failures
Software bugs
API changes
Emergency maintenance
Force majeure events
Temporary interruptions do not automatically entitle customers to refunds.
29. Maintenance and Updates
Daedalus Teks may perform maintenance, updates, security patches, software migrations, infrastructure changes, or feature upgrades.
Some maintenance may temporarily reduce availability.
Emergency security work may occur without advance notice.
30. Data Storage
Storage limits are determined by plan.
Customers may be required to remove data that exceeds plan limits.
Daedalus Teks may restrict uploads or require an upgrade if account storage exceeds the applicable limit.
31. Backups
Daedalus Teks may maintain backups for operational or disaster-recovery purposes.
Backups are not intended to replace a customer’s own archival or record-retention obligations.
We do not guarantee recovery of every deleted file, post, media item, configuration, or message.
32. Customer Data
Customer data is used to provide, maintain, support, secure, and improve the service.
Additional details may be provided in our Privacy Policy.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to provide personal or business information to Daedalus Social.
Data Removal from Daedalus Social Platform can be submitted via "Data Deletion Request Form"

When you connect a social media or other third-party account to Daedalus Social, we may receive information made available through that provider's API and authorized by you.
Depending on the provider and permissions granted, this information may include:

34. Google User Data
When you connect a Google account or Google Business Profile to Daedalus Social, Daedalus Social may request access to Google user data necessary to provide the features you choose to use.
Depending on the Google APIs and permissions authorized, this may include:
Basic Google account information
Google account identifier
Email address
Google Business Profile accounts
Businesses and locations the user is authorized to manage
Business names
Business categories
Addresses and location information
Business profile information
Profile status
Business posts or updates
Media associated with a Business ProfileReviews and review-related information, where permitted
Performance information
Analytics or insights, where permitted
Other Google Business Profile information expressly authorized by the user
Daedalus Social does not attempt to access Google data that has not been authorized by the user or permitted by the applicable Google API.
35. How Daedalus Social Uses Google User Data
Google user data is used only to provide or improve functionality requested by the user.
Uses may include:
Authenticating a Google account
Connecting a Google Business Profile
Identifying Google Business Profiles the user is authorized to manage
Allowing the user to select a business or location to connect
Displaying authorized business information
Creating or managing permitted business content
Scheduling or publishing supported content
Displaying authorized analytics and performance information
Displaying reviews or engagement information where supported
Maintaining account connections
Refreshing OAuth authorizationTroubleshooting integrations
Providing customer support
Detecting fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access
Maintaining platform security
Google user data is not used for unrelated purposes.
36. Google API Services User Data Policy and Limited Use
Daedalus Social's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Google user data will not be used for:
Selling user information
Personalized advertising
Advertising profiling
Retargeting
Interest-based advertising
Determining creditworthiness
Lending decisions
Building unrelated marketing databases
Training general-purpose artificial intelligence models
Training general-purpose machine-learning models
Any purpose unrelated to providing or improving the user-facing features authorized by the user
Access to Google user data is limited to the purposes necessary to operate the requested Daedalus Social functionality.
37. Artificial Intelligence and User Data
Daedalus Social may provide AI-assisted functionality.
Where a user intentionally submits content to an AI feature, information may be processed by Daedalus Teks or an approved AI provider for the purpose of generating the requested result.
Daedalus Teks does not use Google user data to train general-purpose artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
Users should avoid entering unnecessary confidential, regulated, or sensitive information into AI prompts.
Third-party AI providers may have their own privacy policies and processing practices.
38. OAuth Tokens and Authentication Credentials
When a user authorizes a third-party integration, Daedalus Social may receive:
OAuth access tokens
Refresh tokens
Application tokens
API credentials
Authorization identifiers
Similar authentication credentials
These credentials are used only as necessary to maintain the authorized connection and perform actions requested or approved by the user.
OAuth tokens are not intentionally exposed to other customers.
Users should not provide third-party account passwords directly to Daedalus Social when OAuth authorization is available.
39. Human Access to User Data
Daedalus Teks personnel do not routinely access customer or Google user data except as necessary to operate and support Daedalus Social.
Human access may occur when reasonably necessary to:

Investigate security incidents

44. Data Deletion
Users may request deletion of their Daedalus Social account and associated information.

45. Disconnecting Third-Party Accounts

Some third-party providers may require users to revoke access directly through the provider's own settings.
46. Revoking Google Access
Users may revoke Daedalus Social's access to their Google account at any time through Google's account security and connected-app settings.
Users may also disconnect Google integrations within Daedalus Social where supported.
Revoking authorization may prevent Google-related features from functioning.
47. Data Portability and Export
Where supported by the platform, users may export certain content or information before cancellation.
Daedalus Teks does not guarantee that every internal configuration, third-party API record, analytic record, token, or derived value can be exported.
Users should export information they require before terminating an account.
48. Third-Party Privacy Practices
Third-party services connected to Daedalus Social operate independently and may collect information under their own privacy policies.

Daedalus Teks does not control the independent privacy practices of third-party providers.
49. Children's Privacy
Daedalus Social is intended for business users and individuals age 18 or older.
