Server Support is charged hourly at a rate of $199.99 hourly. Appropriate information such as; user accounts, groups file sharing settings and etc. should be provided by client.
There should be a operations manual left by previous technicians that can be provided to tech, please consult your previous technician for this packet. This does not include network deployment.
