Software Configuration (per-software)

Daedalus Tek's full nine diagnostics. Server diagnostics includes the following; blow out of dust, physical inspection of all hardware components and physical inspection of wiring. Daedalus will also test the following hardware; Memory, Hard drive, CPU/Processor, Video Cards and Optical Drives. Once a Tek has finished diagnosing the physical's aspect of the system, they will continue to evaluate software integrity. During the software diagnostics Daedalus Teks will check the Operating system stability and also analyze the system for any infections. If necessary the Tek will also assess the network environment and protocols as well. If this server was not deployed by Daedalus nor its network; a network schematic must be provided, along with credentials. Once the diagnostics is completed the client will be contacted with the results, if the client approves the work necessary to rectify the issues on the system then the services needed will be charged on top of the diagnostics. If services are declined the only charges incurred will be the diagnostic fee.
