PETITION

The state mandated system is not able to sell distilate, nano, kief and hash as a final product. Customers are not able to consume their preferred method of medication when it is not able to be sold in the system. This hinders both businesses and customers and puts limits on products where there did not need to be.

The market continues to expand and evolve driven by patient and consumer demand for different forms of products. Kief, Distillate, Nano and hash are currently sold in many other markets as a finished good. These products would comply with all existing rules and regulations.

Customers, Patients, and businesses alike are being limited and resorting to workarounds or combinations of products that aren't used by everyone. This also leaves grey areas for untested products before they become a final product and are tested. This also limits sales, consumption methods, product vendors, product producers, and consumers.

For the health and safety of the consumers, in order to have a thriving industry, and to remove the stigma from cannabis, all forms of consumption must be considered and accounted for.
