Automated Social Media Posting Platform
Terms and Conditions
Terms & Conditions of Automated Social Media Posting Platform / social.daedalusteks.com:
Absolutely. Since this is for Daedalus Social and the pricing/plans we just built, I’d make the page broad enough to cover the software, AI features, third-party social platforms, trials, billing, managed tiers, API/MCP/webhooks, acceptable use, data, suspension, and the fact that separate marketing/SEO/IT services are not automatically included.
Below is copy you can paste directly into a Terms & Conditions page.
Daedalus Social Terms and Conditions
Last Updated: September 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Daedalus Social, including its website, software platform, social media management tools, scheduling tools, artificial intelligence features, integrations, APIs, webhooks, Model Context Protocol (“MCP”) features, managed services, and related services provided by Daedalus Teks LLC (“Daedalus Teks,” “Daedalus Social,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Daedalus Social
Social Media Management, Scheduling, AI, Automation & Managed Digital Marketing
One thing I would add separately on the site is a Privacy Policy specifically for Daedalus Social, because the platform will potentially process social-account tokens, user information, uploaded media, analytics, AI prompts, and connected third-party data. That should be its own page rather than buried inside these Terms.
Important service distinction
The platform plans do not automatically include separate SEO, paid advertising, website management, or full digital-marketing SLAs unless explicitly stated.
Those remain higher-value Daedalus services that can be sold separately through:
- SEO agreements
- Digital Marketing SLAs
- Google Ads / Microsoft Ads management
- Website / landing page projects
- MSP / IT / Security agreements
- Custom AI / automation projects
