How to Create a Support Ticket 

 

Step 1: Visit www.daedalusteks.com and click on the account sign up page. If you already have an account skip to step 4.




Step 2: Click On The Sign Up Button



Step 3 : Fill Out Required Information and Check The Provided Email For Password. Click the activation link, it will prompt you to change passwords. Then login.




Step 4 : After Being Logged In, Proceed To Support Links Tab. In the Support Dashboard Section There Is An Option To Open A New Support Ticket. Click It.




Step 5 : Click On the Corresponding Department SLA Department When Opening A Ticket Unless Instructed Otherwise.IE. If there is a BiotrackTHC Inventory adjustment being processed, oepn a ticket for that department and document everything accordingly for the assigned compliance officer to review. If there is a computer issue, click the SLA department, provide the information requested and a technician will connect remotely or arrive on-site shortly.



Step 6 : Fill Out Necessary Information. If A Remote Connection Is Needed To Fix Issue Please Include TeamViewer ID & PW In Section Provided. There Is Also Different Levels Of Issues. There Is Also Different Categories For Onsite, Remote, ETC. Then click "Create Ticket". A ticket will be submitted and a tech will reach out.



How to Sign Up as a Vendor

 

Would you like to become a vendor with Daedalus Teks?

Step1: You can sign up to become a vendor through either the Login link at the top of the page, or through the Account menu drop down options on the left side of the page.

Step 2: Using the “Login” link at the top of the screen will take you to the a “Login” page. Click on the “Sign Up” link beneath the “Forgot Login?” link to start “Vendor Sign Up.”

Step 5: Enter information like the Vendor’s name, their intended username, and a valid Vendor email address into the form. If the Vendor Username is available, a green check mark will be seen below the username. With valid information entered, click the “Sign Up” button in the bottom right of the page. A confirmation email with an activation link will be sent to continue the sign-up process.

*Be sure to click the activation link provided in the activation email to sign in. If you don’t see the activation email in your primary inbox, please check the junk folder.

Warning: If the vendor email or username provided is invalid or already in use, you will receive an error message stating such. Just enter your vendor information again, with a valid email or an email not already associated with a current Daedalus Teks vendor/CB account, and continue activating your account through the activation link email.
