How to Create a Support Ticket
Step 1: Visit www.daedalusteks.com and click on the account sign up page. If you already have an account skip to step 4.
Step 2: Click On The Sign Up Button
Step 3 : Fill Out Required Information and Check The Provided Email For Password. Click the activation link, it will prompt you to change passwords. Then login.
Step 4 : After Being Logged In, Proceed To Support Links Tab. In the Support Dashboard Section There Is An Option To Open A New Support Ticket. Click It.
Step 5 : Click On the Corresponding Department SLA Department When Opening A Ticket Unless Instructed Otherwise.IE. If there is a BiotrackTHC Inventory adjustment being processed, oepn a ticket for that department and document everything accordingly for the assigned compliance officer to review. If there is a computer issue, click the SLA department, provide the information requested and a technician will connect remotely or arrive on-site shortly.
Step 6 : Fill Out Necessary Information. If A Remote Connection Is Needed To Fix Issue Please Include TeamViewer ID & PW In Section Provided. There Is Also Different Levels Of Issues. There Is Also Different Categories For Onsite, Remote, ETC. Then click "Create Ticket". A ticket will be submitted and a tech will reach out.
